In the case of goods designed individually according to the customer's wishes, the preparation of the proof is carried out within 3 to 5 days after the conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 3 days after the release of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods shall be effected after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Depending on the country, the shipment takes between 3 to 20 business days: deliveries to german neighbor countries like NED, BEL FRA usually go quite quick, average rest of Europe is 5-7 days,
US 10-12 days, World 12-20 days.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
